Tuna Salad

Serves: 

A fresh and light tuna salad with a little crunch from celery and a hint of lemon. Perfect as a sandwich topper, wrap filler or light lunch on its own.

Ingredients

120g or 1 can tuna in brine, drained 
1 celery stick, diced 
1 small shallot, finely diced 
1 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped 
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped 
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise 
A dash of lemon juice 
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, celery, shallot, tarragon, and chives. 
2. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. 
3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. 
4. Chill for 10–15 minutes if possible before serving.
