Lobster Salad

Serves: 

A rich and refreshing seafood salad with tender lobster, fresh herbs, and a tangy, creamy dressing. Quickly made and simple — perfect for a light starter or lunch.

Ingredients

• 2 lobster tails, raw
• 1 celery stalk, cut into tiny cubes
• 1 tbsp finely cut chives
• 4–5 finely cut tarragon leaves
• 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp soured cream
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Remove the shells and boil the lobster tails in salted water with dash of lemon juice for 2-3 mins. Then rinse and let cool.

2. Mix the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, and salt to form a dressing.

3. Cut the lobster into small pieces.

4. Add the finely diced celery, chopped herbs and the lobster pieces to the dressing.

5. Mix gently and serve chilled.
